Mollack provides tools to manage real estate, publish properties and follow up with clients, requests and appointments. Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and manage your team permissions.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of uploaded data, images and documents, the accuracy of listings, and the permissions needed to process client data and publish content. Fraud, misleading listings, malware and attempts to access other accounts are prohibited.
The plan, user and storage limits, billing period and price are shown before confirmation. Platform subscriptions are charged in US dollars through Creem and renew monthly or yearly according to the selected period until cancelled. Property prices use a separate currency from the platform subscription.
Plan changes apply after verified payment or on the deferred date shown. A plan change cannot exceed applicable usage limits. Access may be restricted after expiry, failed payment, refund or dispute. Support remains available to accounts that can sign in.
The service is an organizational tool, not a party to property transactions or a guarantee of listing accuracy or completion of a sale or rental. Maintenance or outages may occur; retain copies of data you need. Material purchasing-term changes are presented for agreement on the next request. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
